Divergent Adhesives F9100 Carpet Pad Cement is an extremely flammable solvent-based pad adhesive that is recommended for permanently fastening carpet padding over any approved flooring surface. EF9100 has strong initial tack and high strength, which prevents movement of padding during stretching or life of the carpet. NOTE: Due to continuing development of new and different types of backings, padding and methods of application, we recommend that any unfamiliar materials be thoroughly tested before attempting a complete installation.
