Divergent Adhesives Wall Base Adhesive is a solvent free, non-flammable, freeze-thaw stable, acrylic latex-based adhesive specifically designed for the installation of vinyl, TS rubber, thermoplastic rubber, or carpet wall base. It is designed for use over almost any porous, clean, dry, and structurally sound wall and can be applied directly to the wall base or directly to the wall.
