Divergent Adhesives Prime / Block and Reduce (PBR)Â is a solvent free, polymer-based primer that that is designed to prime concrete slabs. This product will seal the surface of the concrete for improved adhesion and will block pH levels up to 11. Moisture levels MUST be below 8 lbs. and/or 90% when tested in accordance with current ASTM standards.
